These Terms and Conditions set out the terms for using our website (our “Site”) and govern your access to and use of our products and services. Please read these terms carefully before using this Site. The use of our services constitutes the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.​


This website,is owned and operated by Tapas Addict (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a registered business in Australia, operating under the ABN: 49 588 408 243 .

By accessing our Site and/or purchasing our products using this Site or any other method of sale, you agree to be bound by, and comply with these Terms and Conditions.



These Terms may be amended from time to time and will be effective immediately. We may update and change our Site to reflect changes to our products and services or operational priorities, and in doing so we will not be responsible for any liability to you. If you have placed an order, the Terms and Conditions that will apply to that order are the terms that pertained at the time you placed your order. By continuing to use our Site after these Terms have been modified, you agree to be bound by the changes to these Terms.



By placing an order with us via email, you are making an offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the product(s) in that order. Orders will be deemed received by us at the time and you will receive an order confirmation via your nominated email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct email address and contact details are entered with your order. By placing your order, you will be bound by these terms.

To make an order, please visit our website or email hello@tapasaddict.com.au and we will get back to you with a customized quote and payment details. While we will do our best to respond to enquiries within 24 hours, please allow us time.

‘Grazing boxes’ are required to be paid in full in order to secure your purchase and delivery. We require 24 hours notice ahead of delivery for ‘grazing boxes’.

‘Grazing Tables’ or ‘Grazing Boards’’, please send us an enquiry with as much information as possible. We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation to secure your booking and event date, with the remaining 50% payable within 7 days of delivery. We try our best to accommodate your enquiries.

All prices shown on this Site are in (AUD) Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.



Tapas Addict requires a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking and event date, with full payment due 7 days before delivery/ event date. Payment details will be sent with your invoice to your nominated email address, if you would like to pay via card, this will be send via a secure stripe link, which will incur a 2% fee.



The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order and will be calculated upon enquiring. For any deliveries outside 30km please get in touch for a customized delivery quote.

Tapas Addict will do their best to ensure that your product/s arrive at your requested date and time, however, please allow time as incidents out of our control may occur.


Our products cannot be left unattended. In the case that no one is at the property to receive the product at the requested date and time of delivery, or we are supplied with an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact the phone number provided. If there is no success, the product will be returned to Tapas Addict and a re-delivery fee will be incurred, at the cost of our discretion. This fee may include the cost to replace ingredients to ensure the product is delivered to our standards.



All wooden boards and props must be returned to Tapas Addict within 48 hours of your event, at a prearranged time. Please contact us directly for drop off location. Alternatively, we can pick-up the items, at an additional pick-up fee, which is dependent on your location. All platters and props are required to be hand washed prior to return or pick-up.


Damages or loss of equipment hired by Tapas Addict could be liable to pay the full RRP of the equipment hired. If the boards/ equipment is not washed, this will incur a cleaning fee of $60.



Once the boards/ boxes are delivered, the client takes full responsibility for upholding food safety and ensuring food is not exposed to sunlight or left out for more than 2 hours.


It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances in advance. Our ‘grazing boards’ or ‘grazing boxes’ are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Our products may contain nuts, gluten, dairy and soy products. While we may be able to label items containing possible allergens ahead of time on request, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen free as there is a high risk of cross-contamination. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from, or take extra caution from consuming our products.

​Please note: All produce is subject to availability. Tapas Addict reserves the right to substitute items when ingredients may not be available due to seasonality. All substitutions are of equivalent quality and value.



Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:


Grazing Boxes:

  1. In the case of cancellations notified 48 hours or more, Tapas Addict will happily change the date of the box, however we do not offer refunds.

  2. In the case of cancellations notified between 48 and 24 hours, Tapas Addict will retain 50% of the event cost, allow postponement or issue the client a credit note to be used within 3 months.

  3. In the case of cancellation notified 24 hours or less, Tapas Addict will retain the full amount paid.

Grazing Tables:

  1. In the case of cancellations notified 7 business days or more, Tapas Addict will allow for the change of date, with the deposit paid being added to the new event date.

  2. In the case of cancellations notified 6 business days or less, Tapas Addict will retain 50% of the event cost, allow postponement or issue the client a credit note to be used within 3 months. Refunds of the remaining 50% may also be considered under unique circumstances.

  3. In the case of cancellation notified 3 business days or less, Tapas Addict will retain the full amount paid.

Grazing Tables:

For all grazing tables, we like to arrive 1-2 hours prior to your event depending on the table size and requirements. Tapas Addict will supply cheese knives, decorations and wooden boards. If you require disposable napkins, eco-friendly plates and bamboo cutlery and tongs, this is an extra $1.50pp.


Grazing tables – same night collection is $165, this includes the cleaning fee. Otherwise all boards, must be cleaned, and returned to us, unless we have stated we are collecting the boards. If we are collecting the boards on a different day, the boards MUST BE cleaned, if they are not, this will incur a $60 cleaning fee.


Tapas Addict is not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste post-event.


To the extent permissible by law, Tapas Addict will not be liable for any circumstances, costs, liabilities, damages, losses, or claims arising out of a failure to adhere to our table requirements. 



To the fullest extent permissible by law, Tapas Addict will not under any circumstances be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential losses or damages to any client, supplier, person or property arising from the use of our Site, services, or products.


In particular, we will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss or damage (including without limitation, loss of profits, sales or revenue, commercial or economic loss of any kind, loss of goodwill or reputation, or loss or corruption of data, in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or associated with our Site or our Products.


You acknowledge that the content on our Site is provided for general information only and is not intended to be advice that you should rely on. Whilst we will in good faith make reasonable efforts to provide you with accurate and updated information on our Site, there may be instances where inaccuracies and disparities may occur. Tapas Addict will not be liable for any errors or differences in our product details, images, prices, or promotional information on our Site.


The limitations of liability set out above will not apply to any claim that is the consequence of deception, dishonesty, wilful falsification or deliberate concealment by or on behalf of Tapas Addict.



Tapas Addict will not be liable for failures to perform its obligations arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, accidents, fires, floods, storms, machinery malfunctions and breakdowns, strikes, supply shortages, lockouts, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, wars, terrorist acts, or riots.



We cannot guarantee that our Site is secure or free from viruses, bugs, errors, defects, or omissions. Tapas Addict is not responsible for any damages or losses (direct, indirect, incidental or consequential) arising out of the use of this Site. You are responsible for instigating your own virus protection software.



You acknowledge that copyright and intellectual property rights protect the material on this Site. Unless otherwise noted, all materials including but without limitation; logos, images, text, brand names, product names, designs, graphics and other materials that appear as part of our Site are copyrights and intellectual property whether registered or unregistered, owned, licensed and controlled by Tapas Addict.


Tapas Addict will reserve the right at all times to protect its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. Such material must not be copied, republished, plagiarized, amended, modified or embedded onto another site or platform in any way without proper acknowledgement and prior explicit written consent of the Intellectual Property owner.
